Includes AISI 304 filter vessel, filter discs, piping with butterfly valves and centrifugal pump, Piston dosing pump, Filter pack turning device, Lighted sight glasses at product inlet and outlet, Pressure gauges, sample valves and flow meters, Final filtration disc for residual liquid, Wheel mounted AISI 304 cake collection tray with 10 inch diaphragm pump for discharge. SST horizontal disk beer filter with centrifugal discharge. 10 sq meter filter with a 630-liter capacity bell with 7 Bar rating, and 175 liter dosing tub. Wheel mounted AISI 304 Stainless steel frame. Flow rate per manufacturer is 3-5 bbl/hour/meter, so 30-50 bbl per hour (16.5gpm to 27.5gpm). Electrics are 480 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz, 34 Amp. Filter bell holds 5 bbls. 7 feet 4 inches tall, 7 feet 10 inches wide, 4 feet 5 inches deep. 1,800 pounds. Year 2002. Last used to filter beer.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation. The bottom and the sides are jacketed. The dimple jackets are rated at 100 psi @ 338F. This unit is equipped with side scrape agitation (5 hp) and a 50 hp top entering homogenizing mixer. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. There is one adjustable baffel inside. The vessel is 72" diameter x 60" straight side with a dished top and bottom. Bottom jacket nozzles are two- 2" RFSO flanges. Side jacket has four-2" RFSO flanges as in/out flanges. Bottom has one 3"tri-clamp nozzle. Top has one- 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one- 4" sightglass, three-3" nozzles, five- 2" nozzles, and one 1" nozzle. This unit stands on 4 stainless steel pipe legs. National board #299. The skin over the jacket has some dents and repairs. The jackets passed our hydro tests. Built in March 2004.
