This machine is a professional automatic thermoforming line, which is used for vacuum packaging of almost all kinds of meat products, fish and seafood, cheeses, salads, vegetables, fruit, confectionery and other food products. Operating principle The packaging is formed automatically by the machine from two films - top and bottom. The product is placed by the operator in cells made of bottom film. Air is automatically sucked out by a vacuum system, sealed, cut and labelled (optional). Forming of trays of different types and sizes is carried out by manual mould change. The operator can program the indexing, speed, time, temperature and vacuum level.
