Pouch size range: 60mm-130mm (3.15"-5.9") width; 100mm-230mm (3.94"-9.84") length. Fill volume range: 50cc-350cc. Capable of running flat or stand up pouches. Duplex 2-up operation. Turret stations consist of: pouch pick and place into turret clips, pouch top opener, pouch bottom opener, Linmont magnetic time pressure product fill (for ice cream) , Hybar 2 x 260cc piston pump filler (for smoothies), two stage heat seal stations, seal quench and pouch discharge. All Stainless construction. 90 psi. 3/60/480V.
