Used- Phlauer model AJSP141-6DDPSW twin shaft paddle blender with a side entering chopper, 5 cubic foot capacity. Stainless steel construction. The twin shaft paddle blender has a 1.5 hp drive on each shaft and the chopper is driven by a 3 hp motor. This unit is equipped with a small dosing tank with spray nozzles. The pipe to the spray nozzles is threaded brass but should be easy to replace with stainless fittings if necessary. The control panel is mounted at one end with a VFD. It is all mounted on a stand with casters for mobility. This unit requires 600 vac 3 ph and includes a 480 to 600 vac step up transformer. Overall dimensions are 80" wide x 52" long x 48" tall. Used- Phlauer / A&J Mixing Modular Paddle Mixer, Model AJSP 486-6 SPSS. Approximate 74 cubic feet, 304 stainless steel. Non-jacketed trough approximate 48" wide x 78" long x 44" deep. 5" Diameter shaft with (16) 13-3/4" x 6-3/4" x 3/8" thick paddles welded on 2" diameter posts. Driven by a 22kW (30 hp), 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm gear motor, 75.69 to 1 ratio, final rpm 23. Openings top: 12", 2-3/4", side: (4) 30" x 15-1/2" hinged inspection doors. 14" x 8" End bottom discharge with pneumatic discharge valve. Includes outboard roller bearings, air seals, and a control panel. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. Serial# 99111.
