Used U.S. Filter Company Auto jet self cleaning (rotating leaves) vertical pressure leaf filter. This unit is insulated for chill filtering. It has 16 each 34" rotating leaves vertical mounted filtration screens on a horizontal rotating shaft. Quick openning head. 2.5" and 3.5" Inlet and 6'' diameter discharge. Driven by 1/2 hp a Duty Master Motor 1725 RPM. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph. The Unit has 68" x 84" overall width and length and 87" overall height. Shell tested as 304 stainless.

Used-US Filter Co. Auto-Jet model 400 self cleaning (rotating) vertical pressure leaf filter. The pressure leaf filter has (24) 48" diameter leaves with a 550 sq. ft. filtering area that has 304 stainless steel contacts and has a working pressure rating of 50 psi @ -5° F. The vessel has a volume of 725 gallons and a sludge capacity of 34 cu.ft. The shell measures 54" diameter x 57" long, has a 3" diameter flange inlet, a 3" diameter flange outlet, and a 10" diameter sludge outlet. Shell tested as 304 stainless.

National Board # 465, Manufacturer serial # SF-7790,shell MAWP 100PSI @ 230 degrees F, MDMT 100PSI @ -20 degrees F. Vessel size 84"OD x 99" Straight side. Overall length 176". Manway 18" x 14" elliptical, the bottom has one-6" RFSO nozzle with blind with 3" pipe, one- 2" RFSO with blind flange, the side has one-3" RFSO, one-2" RFSO with blind flange and the top has one 2" RFSO. Unit comes with additional piping, valves and control panel. Unit does not have carbon charge in unit.
