Used Serac R18V9/1080 Net Weight Rotary Filler & Capper

Used Serac Net Weight Rotary Monobloc Liquid Filler And Capper, Model R18V9/1080. Equipped with (18) filling nozzles mounted on a stainless steel turret and (9) capping stations. Features neck-transfer container handling, worm screw infeed and a 6-5/8" wide tabletop chain conveyor. Controls include a Hope Industrial Systems color touchscreen operator HMI, Pilz PNOZ m1p PLC controls and Allen Bradley PowerFlex drives. Serial #M13/0M47. Electrical requirements: 3/60/480V. Documentation available. Previously used for filling and capping 5 liter containers of vegetable oil. Possible applications include net weight filling and capping of compatible edible oils, food products and other flowable liquid products in containers suitable for the machine's existing neck-transfer and capping configuration.
