Used- Stephan Cutter / High Speed Universal Horizontal Vacuum Mixer, Stainless Steel. Jacketed 29" diameter x 17" deep SS bowl. Hydraulic slide gate discharge 12" x 10". Driven by a 15 kw drive, with Stephan Stainless steel hopper 32" x 12" straight side x 22" cone. Pneumatic butterfly valve, Stephan incline discharge conveyor, 24" wide x 80", discharge, with control panel. Serial # 718781. No tag on the Mixer, but it appears to look like a Model TK150. Used for Dough/ Bakery.
