Rotex Triple Deck Screener Model 403A-AL-MS with 30" x 60" screens, designed for efficient multi-stage product separation and classification. Unit features four discharge outlets, aluminum cover and screen frames for reduced weight and corrosion resistance, automatic screen tensioning, and a mild steel pan and box frame for structural durability. Equipped with a 2 hp motor rated for 208-230/460 V, 1,800 rpm. Screen weights are approximately 145 lbs on the upper deck and 45 lbs on the lower deck. Serial number R360888. Package includes a walk-around mezzanine and auger, providing a complete material handling and screening setup.

Used- Rotex Screener, Model 242A ALSS, 2 Surface Model. 8 Square Foot Nominal area per surface. 304 Stainless Steel, 24" wide x 48" nominal screen size per surface (in.). Bottom stainless steel deck has 3/8" diameter holes. Aluminum cover with a 10", and 3-1/2" opening. Driven by a 1hp 3/60/208-230/460v 1730rpm motor. (2) 3-1/2" end bottom discharges, with 50" discharge height. Serial# R210886. Mounted on a carbon steel frame. Upper WT 102. Lower WT 46.
