Used Prism Pelletizing Line. Consists of: Prism parallel twin screw extruder, model TSE 24TC, 24 mm co rotating screws, 25:1 l/d, electrically heated, water cooled barrel, (3) top vents with (2) plugged, 6 barrel zones with on board control panel, 3.7 kw, 230 volt ac motor drive with VFD controller, two hold stand die, serial# 2078. (1) screw feeder with .26 kw motor drive with agitated hopper. (1) Material hopper. (1) Prism water bath pelletizer unit, model VARICUT 24, with approximately 8" x 8" x 59" long stainless steel water bath, 2.5" wide air wipe with blower, 2 5/8" wide stand pelletizer with pull rolls, helical rotor, 1.1 kw motor drive. Serial# 2077, built 1996.
