Used Coperion-Werner & Pfleiderer 40mm Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder, Type ZSK 40. Extruder features a 44:1 L/D ratio, maximum screw speed of 1,200 RPM, and 150 HP motor rated for 460 VAC, 60 Hz, 3-phase power. Equipped with a Flender 1.43:1 ratio gearbox and Brunel coupler. Barrel is electrically heated and water cooled. Controls include an Allen-Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC with 120 VAC control voltage and Coperion-Werner & Pfleiderer control panel. Includes Coperion ZS-B40 side feeder powered by a 3 HP, 460 VAC, 60 Hz, 3-phase motor with an adjustable screw speed range of 44-400 RPM. Includes control cabinet and drive cabinet.
