Unused T&C Stainless 5,000 Liter 316L Stainless Steel Jacketed ASME Sanitary Reactor With Metenova ZG9 Magnetic Mixer. Vessel has a 5,000 liter working capacity and approximately 6,326.1 liter total volume, with a 72" internal diameter x 72" straight side. Constructed of 316/316L stainless steel with 3/8" shell and heads. Vessel is rated for 45 psi from -20 to 350 F and 15 psi vacuum. 316/316L stainless steel dimple heat-transfer surface is rated for 150 psi from -20 to 350 F and includes 1-1/2" inlet and outlet connections. Product-contact surfaces are mechanically polished and electropolished to 15 Ra, with approximately 35 Ra exterior finish. Vessel is insulated with 2" insulation and stainless steel sheathing. Equipped with bottom-mounted Metenova ZG9 magnetic mixer with RPM sensor and stainless steel IP66 IE3 drive, 4" ASEPCO TF40-100-2 flush-mounted pneumatic diaphragm outlet valve with USP Class VI EPDM diaphragm, (3) 3" sprayballs rated 38 GPM at 25 psi, vortex breaker, thermowell, sight/light connection, GWR, conductivity, pH and sample connections, 4" product-supply and retentate-return connections, and multiple additional sanitary process connections. Three-leg-supported vessel is constructed to ASME Section VIII, Division 1. Overall height is approximately 165-5/16" with an empty weight of approximately 5,294 lb. Drawing available.
