Rated 1,204 square feet of heat-transfer surface. 304L stainless steel shell, tubes, tube sheets and baffles. Includes (438) tubes, each 3/4-inch OD 0.083-inch wall 14 feet long. Single-pass shell side and six-pass tube side. Shell design pressure 200 PSIG at 350F; tube design pressure 200 PSIG at 500F. Approximately 24-inch OD shell, with 13 feet 11-3/4 inches between tube sheet faces. Includes expansion joint, saddle supports, 8-inch shell-side inlet/outlet connections, and 1/2-inch vent and drain connections. Estimated dry weight 6,000 pounds. Model FTSS-24-1204Z, manufactured in 2011. ASME U-stamped; National Board No. 7500, serial No. B-7509, job No. 17450.
