Used Ross Triple Motion Vacuum Mixer, Model PVM-100. Approximately 100 gallon stainless steel jacketed change can. Vacuum-rated system equipped with three independently driven mixing assemblies consisting of a 10 HP three-wing anchor agitator with side and bottom scrapers, 10 HP high speed disperser, and 25 HP high shear rotor stator emulsifier. Unit features a hydraulic lift for raising the mixing head, jacketed vessel for heating or cooling, and includes the control panel. Designed for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, and emulsifying high viscosity products. Suitable for processing creams, ointments, emulsions, adhesives, sealants, gels, pastes, and other high viscosity products for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and specialty chemical applications. Built 2000.

Used- Ross Planetary Mixer, Model: 400 liter vessel, 316L Stainless Steel. 400L (105 Gal) working capacity. Approximately 32" diameter x 35" straight side. Flat top, dished bottom. Internal design pressure rated 5 psi at 77 degrees F. Jacket rated 10 psi at 77 degrees F. Top off center entering emulsifier, driven by a 5hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 3480 rpm motor. Top center agitator with (2) 3 blade propeller, driven by a 2hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1730 rpm motor thru reducer 46.65:1. Opening Top: 7" for agitator, 5", 4-3/4", 3-1/2" with sight glass, 3", (2) 2-1/2", (2) 2", 1", 1-1/2" for agitator, approximately 1" center bottom outlet. Includes spray ball. Mounted on (4) legs. Equipped with 3" Liquid inlet, 2.5" Powder Inlet and 3" Liquid outlet. Driven by 30 HP, 208-230/460 volt, 1760 rpm Explosion Proof (XP) Motors. Powder / Liquid Dispersing / Mixing System. The Liquid stream enters the mixer and immediately encounters the powder (solids) at the high shear zone (rotor and stator assembly). The resulting dispersion is expelled centrifugally through the stator opening at high velocity.

Used- Ross HDM-40 Gallon Double Planetary Mixer. 5 to 40-gallon working capacity. Designed to mix under a full vacuum 29-1/2" HG. An air over oil hydraulic lift system is included to raise and lower the top of the mixer with drives and mixing blades. All product contact parts 316SS with a 150-grit finish and exterior stainless with an 80-grit finish. Driven by a 15 HP (to be confirmed) motor with a mechanical variable speed drive. All carbon steel surfaces are painted with a two component epoxy. Fitted with standard rectangular profile mixing blades.Comes with a control panel suitable for 3 PH / 60HZ /480v. Vacuum hood has a 2" sight port, a light fixture, a vacuum exhaust port and a port with 80 Watts / 120 volts EX-PROOF light.
