Features 304 stainless steel construction, 24 sq ft treatment surface, and 3-zone configuration with warming, holding, and cooling zones. Steam requirement of 1,350,000 BTU/hour with automatic water level correction and temperature regulation. Possible applications include continuous pasteurization of canned beer, hard seltzer, ready-to-drink beverages, energy drinks, sparkling beverages, tea, coffee, and juice products.
