Used- Vecoplan Model RG62/150 UXL Shredder. 20" diameter rotor with 74 40mm cutters. Single counter knife position. Rotor is powered by a 150 HP 460-volt motor thru a Siemens gearbox. Shredder is mounted on a 15.5" tall riser base and has a gravity discharge height of 40.5". 7.08 kw 480v hydraulic ram pump. Has 1" holes screen installed. Includes original OEM control panel. Ran foamed HDPE skids. Serial 12434010. built 2010.

Hopper has a 89" x 80 feed opening with forklift unload rails, and has an in-feed height of 120". 3/8" holes screens installed. Machine base is 108" x 85". With original OEM PanelView Plus 1000 control panel. Includes one shredder in-feed conveyor that is 12" wide x 21' long. 2" cleats on 24" centers. Powered by a 2 HP motor thru 30:1 gearbox. Used- Vecoplan/Cumberland Shredding Package. Includes Vecoplan model RG62/150UXL single shaft shredder. Serial# 10118010, built 2007. 20? diameter rotor with seventy-four (74) 40mm cutters. Single counter knife. Powered by a 150 HP (111.86 KW) VEM 460-volt motor through a PGR Drive Technologies type PH 72 DH gearbox. 63? x 80? hopper opening. Hydraulic horizontal ram with 5.9 KW (7.5 HP) hydraulic package. Shredder is mounted on a 37 " tall riser base. 2" holes in installed screen. Includes spare screens with 2" holes; Shredder gravity discharges into a Cumberland Model 1462 granulator. S/N 84550-07001. Granulator has 14" x 62" throat opening with a five (5) knife high shear/ twin shear open rotor. Two (2) bed knives. Rotor is belt driven by a nominal 100 HP motor (tag missing). Includes 5 HP hydraulic package with v-track and hydraulic cylinder to move the granulator out of production area for servicing. Manufactured 2007. 460/3/60; Lenco model NS-FTFSB-48332 48" wide in-feed conveyor, S/N S23197-001. Unit has a 48" wide belt with 12" high sides. Entrance to the conveyor is a 48" long horizontal section which transfers into a 332" long incline section at an 18.8-degree incline. Conveyor discharges at a height of 137".
