Winding station: 40" max. winding diameter; 72" shafts max. web; 0.5-2.5 pounds/linear inch tension. Shaftless floor-lift unwind; Allen Bradley PLC; Red Lion 15" touch screen monitor; Yaskawa A100 drives. 20 HP unwinder and winder motors; 15 HP main roll motor. 3/50/400VAC. Built 2017. Previously used for 35-70 micron PVC and PETG heat shrinkable film. With Dalmec shaft remover.
