Used Patterson-Kelley 100 Cubic Foot Twin-Shell Vacuum Dryer With 304 Stainless Steel Product Contact Surfaces. Drying chamber is rated for 150 psi and full vacuum, with carbon steel jacket rated for 30 psi at 250 F. Twin-shell drying chamber is designed to rotate from approximately 0.96 to 7.66 rpm using a 10 HP Reeves variable-speed drive with hazardous-location motor. Each outer shell measures approximately 56" diameter x 96" long. Chamber includes an 18" access panel and 12" bottom discharge. Product contact surfaces are constructed of 304 stainless steel, with maximum product density of 75 lb per cubic foot. Overall dimensions are approximately 19'9" long x 83" wide x 10'1" high. Serial #204190. Electrical requirements: 460V, 3-phase. Drawings are on file. Possible applications include vacuum drying and low-speed tumbling of compatible pharmaceutical, chemical, food, nutraceutical and other powder, granule or bulk solid products.

Used-Patterson-Kelley 20 cuft stainless steel twin shell "V" blender. The blender is chain and sprocket driven by 3 hp electric motor. The blender is designed to handle material density of up to 105 lbs/cuft. The two shells measure about 31" diameter x 53" long. This unit is set up for an intensifier bar belt driven by a 5 hp motor. THE BAR ITSELF IS MISSING. There is a 7.5" discharge with a pneumatically operated butterfly valve. Overall dimensions with carbon steel stand are 116" wide x 68" deep x 112" tall. Serial # 234005. This unit comes with fence panels for a safety and a platform with a stairway. The platform is 103" wide x 83" deep x 48.5" tall to the floor. OAD of the platform with stairway are 103" w x 112" long x 91" h. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph electrial supply. Good condition.
