The vessel interior has a milled finish. The blender is direct driven by an approximately 2 HP right-angle gear drive with an electric brake and is supported by Dodge pillow block bearings.

The complete blender is mounted on a carbon steel stand, providing approximately 48" of clearance from the bottom discharge valve to the floor for positioning drums, bins, conveyors, or other compatible downstream material-handling equipment.
