Description

Available for sale is a used Patterson-Kelley 20 cubic foot stainless steel V-blender rated for a maximum material density of 65 lb. per cubic foot.

The main blender is powered by a 5 HP, 230/460V drive motor. An integrated intensifier bar is independently powered by a 2 HP motor, providing additional high-speed mixing action within the rotating vessel for compatible applications.

Material loading is accomplished through two 18" loading covers. Finished product discharges through an 8" outlet equipped with an air-operated butterfly valve, providing pneumatic control of product discharge.

The complete blender is mounted on a stand, allowing clearance beneath the discharge for integration with bins, drums, conveyors, or other compatible downstream equipment.

Previously used for starch, this V-blender may be considered for dry food ingredients, powders, starches, nutraceutical ingredients, chemicals, and other compatible free-flowing bulk materials.
