Used- Aaron Process 1 Gallon Lab Sigma Blade Mixer. Model LNG-1. 304 Stainless Steel bowl measures 7" wide x 9-3/8" long x 8-3/4" deep. Vacuum rated. Top Cover with (2) 2" sight glasses. Jacketed 14.7 psig at 400 degree F. Manual tilt with handle. 2 hp DC motor, 180 volt, 1750 rpm, 9.4 amps. TEFC. 25/1 gearbox ratio. Includes control panel. Speed control with readout, start/stop and E-Stop.

Aaron Process LNG-1 1-Gallon Vacuum Jacketed Stainless Steel Sigma Blade Mixer

Used Aaron Process 1-gallon laboratory double-arm sigma blade mixer, Model LNG-1, featuring a 304 stainless steel mixing bowl measuring 7" wide x 9-3/8" long x 8-3/4" deep. The vacuum-rated bowl includes a top cover with two 2" sight glasses and a jacket rated for 14.7 pounds per square inch gauge at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Equipped with manual handle-operated tilt, a 2-horsepower TEFC DC motor rated for 180 volts, 1,750 rpm and 9.4 amps, and a 25:1 gearbox ratio. Includes a control panel with adjustable speed control, digital speed readout, start/stop controls and emergency stop. Suitable for laboratory mixing, blending and kneading applications involving small batches of viscous or paste-like products.

Used Aaron Process 200 Gallon (26.74 cubic feet) capacity Vacuum Drying Sigma Mixer All Stainless, 125 HP, Jacketed, ASME. Cored shafts, jacketed trough, and double nobben blades. Model MBG200-125 All stainless steel construction. All parts are insulated and sheathed with 304 Stainless steel and polished to 150 - 180 grit finish. Mixing/drying chamber includes vacuum cover and is jacketed, rated for 200 PSI at 450 degrees Fahrenheit / negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit, ASME code constructed. Mixing chamber measures 48" x 40" x 44" deep and includes (2) 6" diameter flanged discharges with ball valves. Blades are overlapping double nobben blades and driven by 125 HP motor thru heavy duty gearbox, 160 Amps and 460 volts. Manufactured in 2000. Serial number 00200125643MBG. Previously used in clean room type environment. Complete with control panel and unitized on heavy duty frame. Includes main control panel, power panel with starters and VFD's, steam-to-water heat exchanger for heating of jacket and hydraulic pump/reservoir for opening vessel lid. Also includes top mounted, stainless steel Mikro Pulsaire dust collector, Model 10-2-FV TR.

Bowl is approximately, 54" front to back and 50" left to right. Insulated Cover. Bowl, End Plates and Barrel are Jacketed for Hot Oil at 450 Deg. F. Split Packing Glands. 24" Long Barrel Extension for Discharge Screw. Main Motor is 150 HP, 230/460 Volt, 3/60, Belt Driven and thru 2 Gearboxes. Discharge Screw is 75 HP, 460 Volt, 3/60, Belt Driven and thru Torque Arm Reducer. Includes Drive Panel for Blades and Screw and Remote Panel. Mixer is mounted on a Carbon Steel Base that measures approximately 273" Long x 108" Wide x 96" Tall. Panel is approximately 72" x 48" x 24". Remote Panel 25" x 31" x 13". Top Insulated Cover is approximately, 76" x 72". Built in 1994.
