Fully Refurbished Denver Sala Holo-Flite Dryer, Model D24-24-6. Indirect thermal sludge drying processor with dual holo-flite screws and vapor dome. Fully refurbished with new components. 316 Stainless Steel contact surfaces. (2) Screws 24'' diameter x 24' long, rated for 150 psi at 650 degrees F. Non-contact carbon steel exterior trough jacket rated 30 psi at 650 degrees F, Hot Oil or Water/Glycol heating medium. 10 HP Baldor motor. Contains Sumitomo Cyclo 6000 gearbox. Tomaso Built process control system provides fully automated operation of the Denver-Sala D24-24-6 dryer, ensuring consistent product quality, maximum throughput, and equipment protection across variable feed conditions; Product Temperature Protection, Residence Time Control, Feed Interlock System, Dynamic Safety Overrides, Vapor & Pressure Control, Mechanical Protection, Thermal Oil Control, Recipe-Based Operation, CIP Mode, HMI Interface.
