Used Myers Tri-Shaft Disperser-Mixer-Emulsifier – 100 Gallon, Stainless Steel

Used- Myers Tri-Shaft Combination Disperser-Mixer-Emulsifier, Model V550/500EH-15-25, with approximately 100-gallon (375-liter) jacketed 304 stainless steel mixing vessel measuring 30" diameter x 36" straight side with dished top, flat bottom, 14 psi jacket rating, and internal vacuum rating. Equipped with three explosion-proof variable-speed drives totaling 55 HP: 15 HP three-wing anchor agitator with side and bottom scrapers, 25 HP high-speed paddle blade, and 15 HP third-shaft drive without mixing element. Motors are 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460 volt, with the anchor motor rated at 1765 rpm. Dual-post mounted with hydraulic lift pump. Serial #977. Suitable for high-viscosity mixing, dispersing, and emulsifying applications involving adhesives, sealants, inks, coatings, caulks, gels, creams, pastes, and pigmented dispersions.

Used-Myers Engineering model V550/500A-3-3 vacuum mixer has a 14" diameter x 14" deep stainless steel jacketed tank that is rated for 14 psi maximum. Mixing blades are lowered/raised via air over oil lift. Driven by two (2) variable speed 3 hp motors that are UL tagged for hazardous locations and require 230/460 vac, 3 ph electricity. Unit is equipped with vacuum cover but not vacuum pump. High speed agitator has a 1.25" diameter shaft with a 4" sawtooth blade. Slow speed agitator has 3 blades on bottom that extend 10" up the sides as wipers. Unit is also equipped with a safety chain for the tank. Serial no. 673

Used- Myers Vacuum, Inc. Model Macro-36 Centrifugal Molecular (Short-Path) Distillation System, designed for high-vacuum, low-temperature separation and purification of heat-sensitive materials. Rated processing capacity of approximately 100400 lbs per hour, depending on product characteristics. Features stainless steel product-contact construction, heated rotating centrifugal disk, internal water-cooled condenser, insulated vacuum chamber with hydraulically operated swing-open dome for access to internal components, and fabricated structural steel support frame with integrated hydraulic power unit. Includes Edwards Model GXS 450/2600 two-stage dry vacuum pumping package with screw pump and Roots-type booster, dedicated Myers Vacuum process control panel with multiple Watlow PID temperature controllers, vacuum instrumentation, rotor drive controls, process timers, and HMI touchscreen. System is designed for applications including molecular distillation, essential oil and fragrance processing, deodorization, ester purification, and separation of volatile components from heat-sensitive organic materials. Equipment is reportedly complete as documented with main distillation chamber, support frame, hydraulic system, vacuum pump package, and controls. Previously installed and subsequently decommissioned. Operating condition and completeness of auxiliary components to be verified.
