Used Lepel CS 200SS Induction Cap Sealer. Stainless steel, self-cooled induction cap sealing system designed for moderate to high-speed packaging lines in industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, and industrial manufacturing. Capable of sealing containers at speeds up to 200 feet per minute, depending on the application. It accommodates cap sizes ranging from 5 to 120 millimeters and features a self-cooled, fan-free sealing head that eliminates the need for water cooling or filter maintenance. The machine is constructed with a stainless steel NEMA 4 enclosure and includes microprocessor-based LCD controls with system monitoring capabilities. Additional features include conveyor speed monitoring, bottle alignment detection, stalled bottle detection, automatic fault and alarm monitoring, and an energy saver mode. The sealing head height is adjustable from 40 to 60 inches, with an overall machine height of up to 80 inches. The CS 200SS is commonly used for sealing plastic and glass containers with foil-lined caps in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic, household product, and chemical packaging operations.
