Used Buhler AG MOXJ-27/200 Continuous Intensive Mixer | 316 Stainless Steel Industrial Mixer

Used Buhler AG MOXJ-27/200 Continuous Intensive Mixer | 316 Stainless Steel Industrial Mixer. Serial number 20762199. Constructed of 316 stainless steel. It is designed with a screw infeed, then a 12" dia. x 73" long mixing chamber. The rotor has 8 rows of 40 each 1.5" wide x 2.125" long x .375" paddles. The inlet and outlet are roughly 7 3/4" x 4 3/4". It has a side access door that is nearly the length of the mixing chamber. It is driven by a 17.3 KW (23hp) TEFC motor. 460 vac 3 ph electric power required. It can mix up to 4,000 kg/hr. Overall dimensions are 104" long x 48" wide x 37.25" tall mounted on its stainless steel stand.

Used Bühler 1500 liter (400 gallon) Stainless Steel Vacuum Mixer

Used- Buhler 1500 liter (400 gallon) Stainless Steel Vacuum Mixer. Vessel is rated for full vacuum & 3 psi at 250 F. The jacket is rated for 50 psi at250 F. The interior diameter is 51" with a 66" straight side height, 12" cone bottom and 10" dish top. The top has (3) 2" flanged fittings, (1) 1" flanged fitting, (1) 4" flanged fitting, (1) 8" flanged fitting and a 3" sight glass. The bottom as a 3" flanged center discharge connected to a ball valve. The jacket is fed by 2" flanged fittings. The scrape agitation is power by a hydraulic motor. The high speed disperser blade is driven by an electric motor that is missing. The 12" disperser blade has a 19" adjustment in depth using a hydraulic lift system. The vacuum processing kettle comes with a control panel and a Reliance Electric GP2000 VS Drive model 2GU41100, variable speed, constant torque, AC controller for a 100 hp motor. The unit was mounted on a mezzanine with three stainless steel mounting lugs. The overall dimensions are 160" tall x 54". Good Condition. Built 1995.

Extruder: 2400 mm L x 500 mm W x 1450 mm H (extruder only). Previously used in a Teijin Aramid application. Used- Buhler Model DFMF-2-P-RF Stainless Steel Plow Mixer. Designed for efficient blending and mixing applications. The unit has an approximate full capacity of 12.8 cubic feet and a working capacity of approximately 8.5 cubic feet. Constructed of stainless steel, the mixer is non-jacketed and features a hinged cover equipped with grid safety bars for operator protection. Mixer includes an infeed opening measuring 38" long by 5.5" wide and a discharge gate measuring 41" long by 5.25" wide. The discharge height is approximately 48", the infeed height is approximately 80". The unit is powered by a 3.6 kW (4.9 HP), 480-volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz motor, and is supplied with a control panel featuring an HMI for user-friendly operation and process monitoring. Serial # 10335419, Built 2003. The mixer occupies an approximate footprint of 5' by 10', making it suitable for a variety of production environments requiring reliable and consistent mixing performance.
