Approximate 14" diameter screw with pintle bearing support, driven by a 15hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1750 rpm motor thru a gearbox, arm driven by a 2hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1730 rpm motor. 8" Side bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) carbon steel side lugs. Serial# 88402.

Non-jacketed chamber approximately 20" diameter x 22" straight side. 3" Diameter shaft with blades and end scrapers. Driven by a 7.5 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1800 rpm Sterling variable Speed-trol motor. Includes a side entering pinned disc mill, driven by a 10 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 3490 rpm motor. Top access door with a charge port, 8" center bottom outlet with a manually operated plug valve. Includes a control panel. Mounted on a carbon steel frame.

Internal pressure: Atmospheric @ 353F shell is 7/16" thick. Jacket pressure: 125 psi @ 353F jacket is 3/8" thick. Mixer Dimensions: 32" x 32" x 25" high, approximate total capacity is 110 gallons. Extruder screw is 8" diameter driven by a hydraulic motor, and hydraulic tilt discharge are both powered by 30 HP 230/460 volts Vickers Hydraulic pumping system. Mixer Blades driven by a 25 hp US. varidrive motor, 220/440 volt. 31 to 125 RPM to chain and sprocket to give you approximately 15 to 62.5 RPM output speed on the blades. NB #1117, SN 86065. Built 1971.
