Used- Parker Freeze Dry Custom 2,700 L Production Freeze Dryer, Model 5-945-135. Approximately 2,700 L chamber, internal chamber dimensions approximately 1,200 mm x 850 mm x 3,400 mm, and nominal 453 kg ice condenser capacity. Equipped with dual-phase Busch vacuum system including RA0255 main pump, maximum 25 amps at 400 volts, and WV1500 booster pump, maximum 20 amps at 400 volts. Vacuum system overhauled in 2021 and serviced in 2023. Programmable West ProVU heat control system with four West 6100+ controllers and bus control. Includes five product carts, each with 27 heated shelves and approximately 100 kg product capacity, plus two complete sets of 135 aluminum 18" x 26" trays for 270 trays total. Outdoor cooling unit with refrigeration and hot-gas de-icing; compressor rebuilt/overhauled in 2022/2025. CE-marked. Electrical requirements: 400 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase. Possible applications include production-scale freeze drying of food products, pet food and treats, nutraceutical products, specialty ingredients, and agricultural products.
