Used- Marion Process Paddle Mixer, Model OX-15-CS. 15 Cubic foot capacity. Mixer features a 2-3/16'' carbon steel main shaft with welded blades, with clearance set at 1/8''. Driven by a 7.5 HP motor. 27'' wide x 48'' long mixing chamber opening. Equipped with an 8'' diameter lever-actuated butterfly discharge valve. Includes a 21" x 48" safety grate, 3" OD vent tube with safety guard, removable seal access covers, and 240V start/stop and emergency-stop control panel. Mounted on (4) carbon steel legs. Serial # 22014, built 2022. Possible applications include batch mixing and blending of chemical powders, plastic resins, minerals, agricultural materials, dry ingredients, granules, and other free-flowing or moderately cohesive bulk solids.
