Used Selmi Top EX Automatic Continuous Chocolate Tempering Machine with 60 kg Tank

Used Selmi Chocolate Machinery Model Top EX Automatic Continuous Chocolate Tempering Machine With 60 kg Tank Capacity. Rated for chocolate tempering production of up to 200 kg (440 lbs) per hour with a 60 kg (132 lbs) chocolate holding tank. Features a heated vibratory table for chocolate mold filling and removal of trapped air, along with a volumetric dispensing system controlled by a foot pedal for regulated chocolate flow and portion dispensing. Equipped with a color touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI) for operator controls and temperature adjustments. Machine utilizes Selmi's removable screw pump design to facilitate cleaning, maintenance and chocolate product changeovers. Electrical requirements are 220 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Possible applications include continuous chocolate tempering, chocolate molding, depositing, praline production, chocolate bar manufacturing, confectionery production and preparation of tempered chocolate for coating and enrobing applications using compatible auxiliary equipment.
