Used Omega Design DL-27 Automatic Dual Lane Shrink Bundler with Heat Shrink Tunn

Used Omega Design Model DL-27 Automatic Dual Lane Shrink Bundler With Integrated Heat Shrink Tunnel. Machine is capable of processing approximately 200 to 240 bottles per minute, depending on product size and infeed configuration. Designed with dual main product pushers for automatic product grouping and shrink film bundling. Each lane accommodates a maximum shrink film web width of 12-1/2". Equipped with a 31" wide sealing jaw and maximum product height capacity of 11". Integrated heat shrink tunnel features a 31" wide x 11" high opening and a 27" wide x 92" long conveyor belt. Includes Allen-Bradley SLC 500 programmable logic controller (PLC) and Pro-face QuickPanel Jr. human-machine interface (HMI) for machine operation and controls. Electrical requirements are 480 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Serial #03-J30594. Approximate overall dimensions are 131" long x 59" wide x 87" high. Possible applications include automatic shrink film bundling, multipack packaging and secondary packaging of compatible pharmaceutical and nutraceutical bottles, vitamin and supplement containers, spice jars, personal care bottles, household chemical containers and other suitable rigid containers.
