Unused Machine & Process Design RigiMill 2436 Hammermill – 75 HP, USDA/3A Sanitary, 24,000 lbs/hr, 2025

Unused Machine & Process Design RigiMill Model 2436 sanitary fixed-blade hammermill with 304 stainless steel construction. Features approximately 24" diameter x 36" long rotor driven by a 75 HP, 3600 RPM motor. Rated for approximately 24,000 lbs/hr throughput on lactose and whey, with 98% of product passing through 40 mesh based on manufacturer testing. Equipped with approximately 36" x 10.75" bolted-flange inlet throat and discharge-area screen with 0.76" diameter perforations. Includes bearing temperature and vibration sensors. Overall dimensions approximately 98" long x 57" wide x 42" high. Designed to meet FSMA, GMA and 3-A/Dairy standards and USDA approved. Mill was tested only and has never been used. Built 2025.
