Unused 2022 Lleal AME-1250-SF Industrial Mixer/Extruder 1,400 Liter Stainless Steel, 80 HP Mixing, 40 HP Extrusion, ATEX Rated. Designed for heavy-duty industrial mixing and extrusion applications. Unit features a stainless steel mixing vessel with a 1,400-liter total capacity and 750-liter / 198 Gallon working capacity. Equipped with two mixing blade drive motors providing a combined 60 kW / 80 HP and a 30 kW / 40 HP extruder screw drive. Unit is configured for ATEX / Ex explosion-proof operation (Group II). Electrical requirements are 400 V, 3-phase + N + PE, 50 Hz, 173 amps, with total installed power of 90.25 kW. Overall dimensions approximately 4,143 mm L x 2,635 mm W x 1,950 mm H (163" x 104" x 77"). Manufactured in 2022, Serial No. 18725/1, Item No. 5904. Unit is unused and in like-new condition.
