Used- Scandia Automatic Horizontal-Load Hot Melt Glue Cartoner, Model HLH. Cartoner is currently configures for carton sized of: 1.5" x 1.5" x 6" - can be adjusted with proper change parts. Has 2-carrier chains at 5-1/4". Machine is set on 12" centers with a production rate of 100 cartons per minute. Mounted on Scandia "Tilt" frame. 3/60/230 Volts.

Used- Scandia Semi-Automatic Horizontal-Load Hot Melt Glue Cartoner, Model HLG VIKING. Cartoner is rated from 20 to 50 cartons per minute (depending on materials, application and machine configuration). Has a carton size range of: 1" to 9" in Length, 3/4" to 3" in Width and 3" to 9-1/2" in Depth. Equipped with layflat carton magazine, reciprocating pick-n-place feeder, and a two-chain carrier set on 12" centers with 2" by 1" high lugs. Has 60" long gravity assisted (30 degree angle) product load area. Includes Nordson hot melt glue system. 3/60/280V.

Speed range: large packages 20-80 cpm, multipacks 15-60 cpm, bundles 10-40 cpm. Package size range: 1.75" to 11.25" long x 3" to 11" wide x .5" to 4.5" high. Film size range: 6" to 24" long x 4" to 14.5" wide. This unit can run cellophane & polypropylene heat sealing films. Bundler/overwrapper does 5 & 6 sided wraps. Requires 480 vac 3 phase electrical supply and pneumatic air supply. Last running in a pharmaceutical operation. In good condition.
