Used Vendome 1,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Processor With Dual Agitation

Used Vendome 1,000 gallon stainless steel processor with dual agitation. Vessel measures approximately 72" diameter x 60" straight side with dished top and bottom and is mounted on four stainless steel pipe legs. Bottom and side walls are equipped with dimple jackets rated for 100 psi at 338 F. Bottom jacket has (2) 2" RFSO flanged connections, and the side jacket has (4) 2" RFSO flanged inlet/outlet connections. Mixing system includes 5 hp side scrape agitation and a 50 hp top-entering homogenizing mixer requiring 230/460 VAC, 3-phase power. Vessel interior includes one adjustable baffle. Bottom is equipped with a 3" tri-clamp outlet. Top head features an 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one 4" sight glass, (3) 3" nozzles, (5) 2" nozzles and (1) 1" nozzle. National Board #299. Outer jacket skin has some dents and repairs, and the jackets passed hydro testing. Built March 2004. Possible applications include mixing, homogenizing, blending, heating and cooling of compatible sauces, dressings, creams, lotions, emulsions, slurries and other liquid or viscous food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and general process products.

Used Vendome 1,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor

Used Vendome Copper & Brass 1,000 gallon stainless steel jacketed processor with scrape agitation, dished bottom and domed top. Vessel measures approximately 72" OD x 63" straight side and is rated for atmospheric pressure. Jacket is rated for 100 psi at 338 F and is divided into two heating zones, each equipped with 2" inlet and outlet connections. Bottom is equipped with a 3" bent tri-clamp nozzle. Top head includes an 18" hinged manway, one 6" wide x 18" long nozzle, one 14" flanged nozzle, (3) 3" tri-clamp nozzles, (6) 2" tri-clamp nozzles and (1) 1" tri-clamp nozzle. Vessel is equipped with an internal spray ball and side-scraping agitator driven by a 5 hp gear-reduced drive. Requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical service and stands on four legs. National Board #898. Vendome Serial #2004-01Z-1. Some cosmetic denting is present on the insulation skin; otherwise the unit appears to be in good condition. Possible applications include mixing, blending, heating and cooling of compatible sauces, syrups, creams, lotions, emulsions, slurries and other liquid or viscous food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and general process products.

Used Vendome 7,000-Gallon Stainless Steel Pressure Tank 30 PSI Sanitary Process Vessel. Approximately 8' diameter x 17'6'' height, 25'6'' overall height. Vessel rated 30 psi at -20 degrees F to 210 degrees F. Features dish top and bottom construction with 2'' center bottom outlet and 6 leg support. Serial #2003-08B-1, National Board #284. Previously used in sanitary food applications.

Used Vendome 42" Copper Distillation Columns with Trays, Condensers, and Steel Support Structure

Used- Vendome Copper & Brass Works 42" Distillation Columns. Includes supporting steel structure and condensers. Column has 18 tray stripper with 24" spacing; 40 tray rectifying section, and 20 tray side stripping section. The tray are bubble cap trays for high turndown ratio. Will produce 5-7 GPM of 192 Proof ethanol at 15-20% feed rate. Designed and built 2008.
