Used Hockmeyer HCS-II-1000 Dual-Shaft Disperser – 1,000-Gallon, 100 HP with 3 Jacketed Vacuum Tanks

Used- Hockmeyer Model HCS-II-1000 concentric dual-shaft disperser, 1,000-gallon working capacity and approximately 1,425-gallon total capacity. Equipped with 100 HP high-speed disperser drive and 30 HP low-speed anchor agitator drive, both 230/460-volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz, with variable-frequency drives. Includes 24" stainless steel high-speed disperser blade, low-speed anchor agitator with nylon scrapers, three 78" diameter jacketed tanks, sealed tank lids with 24-1/2" manways and sight glasses, and hydraulic lift with approximately 82" rise. Tanks rated for 14.5 PSI to 29.5" Hg vacuum; jackets rated for 14.5 PSI and designed for 30 PSI. Includes 5 HP hydraulic power unit with 100-gallon oil reservoir, remote operator control enclosure, digital tachometers, ammeters and temperature indicator. Approximate installation area: 15.6' x 16.6'.
