Used Lepel CS 200SS stainless steel induction cap sealing system designed for moderate to high-speed tamper evident sealing applications on compatible containers with foil-lined caps. This unit operates on 220 VAC, single-phase power at 50/60 Hz and is capable of sealing containers at speeds up to 200 feet per minute, depending on the application. The CS 200SS accommodates cap sizes ranging from 5 to 120 mm and features a self-cooled, fan-free sealing head that eliminates the need for water cooling or filter maintenance. The machine is built with a stainless steel NEMA 4 enclosure and includes microprocessor-based LCD controls with system monitoring, conveyor speed monitoring, bottle alignment detection, stalled bottle detection, automatic fault and alarm monitoring, and energy saver mode.
