This Used Vecoplan Paper Recycling Line is a fully integrated, reconditioned system designed for paper and cellulose waste processing. The system features a Vecoplan VAZ 100/80U single roll shredder with a 9.2" (235 mm) diameter x 39" (1000 mm) roll, capable of speeds up to 95 RPM, driven by a 16.5 HP (11 kW) motor and gearbox.

The shredder includes interchangeable knives, a hydraulic ram with power station, a sensor-fitted loading hopper, and comes with an extraction belt and full control panel.

The system also includes a hammer defibrator for pulp preparation, an Essegi HPCF 600 bagger capable of 2 tonnes/hour, a dust filter, and a hopper/distribution tank for cellulose additives. Additionally, the setup includes three screw conveyors, valves, piping, and additional infrastructure to support a turnkey paper recycling operation.
