Main Product Description
Unused T&C Stainless 5,000 liter working-capacity sanitary jacketed reactor constructed of 316/316L stainless steel and designed for sanitary mixing, blending, holding and temperature-controlled processing applications. The vessel has approximately 6,326.1 liters total volume with a 72-inch internal diameter x 72-inch straight side and 3/8-inch shell and head construction. The vessel is rated for 45 psi from -20°F to 350°F and 15 psi vacuum, while the 316/316L stainless steel dimple heat-transfer surface is rated for 150 psi from -20°F to 350°F. Product-contact surfaces are mechanically polished and electropolished to 15 Ra, with an approximately 35 Ra exterior finish. The insulated three-leg-supported vessel includes a bottom-mounted Metenova ZG9 magnetic mixer, ASEPCO flush-mounted pneumatic diaphragm outlet valve, three sanitary sprayballs, multiple instrumentation and sanitary process connections, and stainless steel sheathing.
