Description

Used DCI stainless steel jacketed tank with an approximate capacity of 8,500 liters (2,246 gallons). Constructed of 316L stainless steel, this vertical vessel features dished top and bottom heads and is designed for durability and corrosion resistance in demanding environments.

The tank is National Board certified (NB #1499) and rated for a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 53 PSI/full vacuum at 350°F, with a minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) of -20°F. The jacket is rated at 100 PSI/full vacuum at 350°F and MDMT -20°F, with an additional 150 PSI/full vacuum rating, allowing for efficient heating or cooling of product.

This non-agitated vessel includes an 18-inch manway, center bottom outlet, and modified legs (cut approximately even with the bottom outlet). Ideal for storage or processing applications requiring temperature control.
