Description
The Alloy Fabricators 1,950-Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Mix Tank is a high-performance mixing vessel, designed for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial applications. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
This jacketed tank has a 78" diameter and 81" straight side, featuring a dished top and bottom for optimal structural integrity and drainage. It is internally rated at 15 psi / full vacuum (FV) at 335°F, with the jacket and internal coils rated at 44 psi at 335°F, making it ideal for temperature-controlled mixing processes.
Equipped with a 7.5 HP axial-type agitator, the system includes:
