Available for sale is a used Coperion ZSK 70 SC Twin Screw Extrusion Line designed for high-performance polymer compounding, masterbatch production, engineering plastics processing, and specialty material manufacturing. The line is rated for an estimated throughput of 800-1,000 kg/hr and includes feeding, dosing, side feeding, extrusion, pelletizing, conveying, metal detection, screening, filling, and storage systems.

The extrusion system is built around a Coperion ZSK 70 SC co-rotating twin screw extruder featuring 70 mm intermeshing screws, a 40:1 L/D ratio, and nine electrically heated, water-cooled barrel sections. The extruder is powered by a 250 kW drive motor coupled to a Flender gearbox and includes a 26-hole die head for efficient pellet production.

Included with the line are a Koch Technik feeding system, Scholz Dosiertechnik dosing unit, two Coperion ZSB 58 twin screw side feeders, Pell-Tec SP 300 Easy pelletizer, stainless steel water bath, Vibra conveyor, S+S metal separator, stainless steel sifter, Colortronic filling stations with scales, and a 20 m³ stainless steel storage silo.
