Available for sale is a used Leistritz ZSE 60 MAXX-44D Twin Screw Extruder, engineered for high-performance polymer compounding, masterbatch production, engineering plastics processing, recycling, and specialty material manufacturing. Built in 2018, this advanced extrusion system features 60 mm co-rotating twin screws, an extended 44:1 L/D ratio, and a 10-barrel process section, providing exceptional mixing, dispersion, devolatilization, and compounding capabilities.

The extruder incorporates electrically heated, water-cooled barrel sections, dual degassing ports for moisture and volatile removal, and operates at screw speeds up to 1,200 RPM. Power is transmitted through a Flender gearbox driven by a 400 Volt, 50 Hz, 3-phase motor. Included is the original control panel for system operation and process control.
