Available for sale is a used Leistritz ZSE 60 MAXX-36D co-rotating twin screw extrusion line, complete with feeding, dosing, melt filtration, melt pumping, pelletizing, cooling, mixing, and bulk bag handling systems. Built in 2014, this high-performance compounding and extrusion system is designed for demanding polymer processing, masterbatch production, engineering plastics, recycling, and specialty compound manufacturing applications.

The line is centered around a Leistritz ZSE 60 MAXX-36D twin screw extruder featuring 60 mm co-rotating screws, a 36:1 L/D ratio, 8 electrically heated and water-cooled barrel sections, dual degassing ports, and a maximum screw speed of 1,200 RPM. Power is supplied through a 742 HP (495 kW) motor coupled to a Flender gearbox.

Included in the package are a Koch Technik feeding system, Scholz Dosiertechnik dosing unit, BD Plast double screen changer, Ettlinger ERF 200 melt pump, stainless steel water bath, ECON EUP 600 pelletizer, Tredkamp and Moton mixing silos, elevator, controls, and a Big Bag handling system.
