Used- Hiperbaric High Pressure Processing (HPP) system, manufactured in 2020 with a certified pressure vessel built in 2021, is a Model 135L rated for 630 MPa (91,350 psi) design pressure with a maximum working pressure of 6,050 bar, designed for operation at 40 C and a minimum metal temperature of 0 C. The stainless-steel vessel, serial number 27220, has a 430-liter capacity and a total machine weight of approximately 3 metric tons. The system is powered by a 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz electrical supply, with a 31.7 kW power rating, a largest motor FLA of 84 A, total load FLA of 174 A, and a short-circuit rating of 10 kA. Built and certified by Hiperbaric S.A. (Burgos, Spain), this machine represents a robust, CE-compliant high-pressure processing solution for industrial food applications.
