Features dual stacked 10 HP drives for counter rotating inner agitator and outer scraper agitator. 316L SS contact parts, internal sanitary finish 20-30 RA, welds ground smooth and flush, dished bottom with center bottom outlet. Agitator support channel with two piece hinged SS cover. Maximum Jacket Pressure 100 PSI, @ 338 Degrees F. NB # 10427. Controls include (2) VFDs. Serial# 41807-1. Built 2005.

Used Walker 2,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Processor Kettle | Model PZ-C3-PV | Jacketed | 3 HP Scrape Agitator. Dished top, coned bottom. 96" OD x 72" straight side. Vessel is 10 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket heat is 15 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket cool is 100 PSIG at 100 degrees F. Anchor style scrape agitator, driven by a 3hp 3/60/230/460v 1760rpm motor through a reducer. Jacket has three zones with 2" valves. Jacket has 3" condensate with 4" outlet. Bottom has 3" tri clamp outlet. Top has 19" hinged manway with 4" sight glass. Nozzles on top are threaded 6", threaded 3", (2) 3" tri clamp and (2) 2" tri clamp. Serial# 75-7.

Used- Brew Kettle, 75 BBL (2,325 gallon) Rated Capacity, Approximately 3,000 total capacity. Stainless steel construction, vertical. Insulated, Approximately 83" diameter x 134" straight side. Flat open top with clamp on cover, flat bottom. Open top: 2", 1-1/2", Side: 20" x 16" bottom manway, 17" x 12" side manway with cover. 3" Side bottom outlet with valve, 36" discharge height. Mounted on (6) stainless steel legs. Previously used for water. No manufacturers tag or jacket rating.
