Used Temcon Model TRW 200 automatic rewinder and perforator for wipes and tissue, built in 2019. Configured for mother rolls around 9001200 mm, with product widths from 80 to 1600 mm and adjustable perforation lengths from 100 to 250 mm. The machine runs at speeds up to 195 m/min, uses a 9-knife perforation system on a 3.75" cap shaft, offers V-fold or C-fold before perforation, and features 316L CrNi product-contact parts with antibacterial conveyor bands, currently set up for dry wipe production.
