Used SPM SPM-102P Multi-Lane Stick Pack Machine With WRB-220SG Pillow Packing Machine. Smart Packing Machine (SPM) Model SPM-102P stick pack machine, Serial No. S102PS-M00501, with Model WRB-220SG pillow packing machine, Serial No. WRB-220SN. The SPM-102P is a servo-driven multi-lane system designed for automatic filling and sealing of powders and granules into heat-sealable stick packs. Manufacturer information lists 25 packaging lanes, 1545 cycles per minute per lane, 130 gram dosing range, 1070 mm pack width, up to 180 mm pack length, 10 kW power and 220/380V, 50/60 Hz electrical service. Approximate SPM-102P dimensions are 53.1" wide x 106.3" long x 112.2" high. The included WRB-220SG pillow packing machine provides downstream secondary packaging of finished stick packs. Suitable applications include stick-pack filling and secondary pillow packaging of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and other powder or granular products.
