Douglas Axiom Wraparound Case/Tray Packer – 46 CPM High-Speed Packing Machine

Used- Douglas Axiom Wraparound Case/Tray Packer. Capable of speeds up to 46 cycles per minute (Depending on application). Inside case dimensions: 4.4" - 8.8" (direction of travel) x 8.8" - 13.2" (across machine) x 2.5" - 5.16" (height). 3/60/480V. Last running cups with 115mm (4.5 inch) diameter rim, 24oz was 4 inch tall, 32oz was 5.5 inch tall, 2ct and 6ct packages possible.

Suitable for cans, cartons and plastic containers. Will do package sizes from 9" deep x 7" long x 4" wide to 20" deep x 14" long x 10" wide. This unit has never been run in production. Excellent condition.

Used S.V. Dice Model 127WA Automatic Intermittent-Motion Wraparound Case Packer With Hot-Melt Glue Sealer

Used S.V. Dice Designers Packaging Machinery Model 127WA automatic intermittent-motion wraparound case packer. Machine has an estimated operating rate of approximately 10 to 30 cases per minute depending on product, corrugated material and application. Unit was set up for cases measuring approximately 8.25" long x 6.25" wide x 12.25" deep and features a 36" infeed height, right-hand orientation and 24" long flights. Equipped with a Slautterback hot-melt glue sealing system for closing wraparound corrugated cases. Requires 480 VAC, 3-phase electrical service and pneumatic supply. Possible applications include automatic wraparound case packing of compatible cartons, bottles, jars, cans and other rigid packaged products for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and general packaging operations.
