Used-Eillert Dicer, Type BL 1000 VAR, Unit includes rotary feed to stationary crosscut knife assembly with adjustable spacing. Requires circular knife assembly and stripper plate. Includes controls and main drive. Driven by 2-phase, 230 V motor. Previously used in food operation.

Johnson Model CJ-9200 Industrial Dual Chamber Cheese Shredder. Capable of up to 10,000 lbs per hour Dual containment chambers. Upgraded safety package in 2021 from Tetra Pak.

Used- Stephan Cutter / High Speed Universal Horizontal Vacuum Mixer, Stainless Steel. Jacketed 29" diameter x 17" deep SS bowl. Hydraulic slide gate discharge 12" x 10". Driven by a 15 kw drive, with Stephan Stainless steel hopper 32" x 12" straight side x 22" cone. Pneumatic butterfly valve, Stephan incline discharge conveyor, 24" wide x 80", discharge, with control panel. Serial # 718781. No tag on the Mixer, but it appears to look like a Model TK150. Used for Dough/ Bakery.

Used Urschel Model G-A Dicer 5/16" Dice, 2 HP, Stainless Frame, Portable Food Processor. Driven by 2 HP, 208 Volt, 3-phase 60 Hz motor. Previously used at production kitchen to supply meals for school district. Manufacturer info: The Model G-A produces uniform dices, straight French fry strips, and slices from a variety of soft ripe fruits and brittle root vegetables. Maximum infeed product entering either machine should not exceed 5-1/2" (140 mm) in any dimension. A wide selection of interchangeable cutting parts enables the user to obtain gentle, clean cutting through a wide range of sizes at high production capacities. Mounted on stainless steel portable frame with control panel.
