Equipped with (10) filling heads with 1/2" diameter x 9" long nozzles, positive shut-off valve and star wheel container indexing with 3-1/4" star wheel spacing. Features a 4-1/2" wide conveyor and control panel with Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200 PLC, Eaton MVX9000 sensorless vector drives and Kollmorgen AKD drives. Serial #021950. Electrical requirements: 3/60/208V. Built 2010. Previously used in a pharmaceutical application. Possible applications include filling pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, personal care, chemical and other compatible liquid or semi-viscous products into containers suitable for the machine's existing filling and indexing configuration.

Unit has been upgraded with a new piston, O-rings, seals, hoses, regulator, and foot pedal. Serial #210157. Possible applications include portion depositing and filling of bakery, food, and other viscous products.
