This Used REB Model IVS-8 Inline Piston Filler is a high-precision, high-speed depositor designed for medium- to low-volume fills of semi-viscous and viscous products. Built in 2020, this model features eight stainless steel piston heads with 1" diameter cylinders, supporting a fill volume range of 0.5 oz to 4.3 oz (15ml to 127ml).
Equipped with positive shut-off nozzles and powered by an Allen Bradley PLC with touchscreen HMI interface, it delivers accurate dosing with an error margin of ± 0.5%. The system includes a 40-gallon stainless steel reservoir and is capable of reaching speeds up to 127 containers per minute (CPM). Previously used to package breakfast mix.
